Licensed Private Investigator with over a decade of experience across private investigations, litigation support, and enforcement-related work. His background includes complex enquiries, tracing, process serving, and sensitive matters for legal and private clients. As Director, Thomas oversees investigative strategy, case progression, and reporting standards across all instructions, including Legal Aid matters.

Over 12 years' experience across policing, financial investigation, and private investigation. He worked within the New Zealand Police Criminal Investigation Branch, where he was involved in serious and complex criminal investigations, evidential file preparation, and court-focused investigative work.

Former New Zealand Police officer with experience in frontline enquiries, evidential field work, and process serving support. His policing background provides a practical understanding of investigative procedures.

Licensed Private Investigator fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese. She supports investigations involving Mandarin-speaking clients and witnesses, including tracing, fraud-related enquiries, and litigation support.

Former New Zealand Police Detective with significant experience in criminal investigation, including serious crime, family harm, and sexual offending matters.

Currently on a long-term secondment.

Served with the New Zealand Police from 2012 to 2023, including roles in the Criminal Investigation Branch, Police Dog Section, and Armed Offenders Squad. His experience includes serious crime investigations, high-risk operations, and operational leadership.
